Document Check List

Please check the following things before sending the Print-out of online form to IIFT.

  1. Print-out of the Online form(with photograph & Signature on the print-out).
  2. Two Self addressed adhesive labels/stickers as shown along with sample form.
  3. Attested copy of caste certificate (SC/ST/PH/OBC (non-creamy layer))
  4. Original Demand Draft of requisite amount with Name, Address & Application No. on the back-side of demand draft (if not paying by credit card).
Online form along with necessary enclosures should be sent to following address by Registered Post/ Speed Post/ Courier only.
